Owen is already a couple of weeks old. He is doing quite well at home and actually sleeping fairly well. Its not near as good as his sister did when she was first born, but compared to most newborns he is doing well. He will give us 3-4 hours at night between feedings so we will take what we get.
Tanya's mom is in town for a few weeks and is helping out around the house and she has been a tremendous help since I started going back to work. Tanya is still unable to lift a whole lot but she is getting better by the day. Brynn is adjusting to the whole thing pretty well. As you can see from one of the pictures, she finally got the courage to hold him and loves to do it now. She is very agressive at making sure he gets his pacifier as well, though most of the time he doesnt want it.
Its been quite the adjustment for us going from one to two but the Lord is definitely giving us strength to go on each day as some days are really hard. You know you have to press on and continue to do your job as a parent as you continue to fully rely on God for energy to be a loving parent. We want to thank everyone for their help including the meals that were provided for us for a few days. It was a tremendous help for us and we greatly appreciate everyone who pitched in and helped.
